TROLL PROPAGANDIST:

TROLL PROPAGANDIST: THE MAKING OF RJ NIETO
(PART ONE)
Published January 1, 2018 by Collective
Take a close look at these screenshots (first image after cover). These comments were made 3 years ago when PRRD was not yet in the national spotlight. Troll Pioneer RJ Nieto was busy spewing tirades against Binay while rabidly defending Antonio Trillanes.
Now why would he do that? Unless someone was paying him to do so. Who could be behind all this? Other than the man from Taguig, Alan Peter Cayetano, who at that time was working with Trillanes and Pimentel to demolish and expose Binay so they can eliminate him in time for the 2016 elections. We are not saying Binay was clean. We are simply establishing the fact that the hatchet job against Binay was launched by this unholy trinity (Alan, Koko and Trillanes) for obvious political reasons. Several years later, it appeared they all had political interests and ambitions to protect - Alan and Trillanes both declared that they were running for VP, while Pimentel knew he still had no chances of making it beyond Senator so he decided to offer his party to let PRRD run instead. At this point Pimentel was still an incumbent and he was already targeting the Senate presidency.
The Binay project was an alliance formed not in the interest of exposing the truth, but in the interest of political ambition and self-preservation. Binay was a strong contender, and it would only be fair to say that had he not been exposed for his corruption, he would have ended up being the country's next President after Aquino. It is also equally important to take note that the Cayetano-Binay rift began due to the territorial dispute between Makati and Taguig wherein Jejomar Binay (who was then mayor of Makati) claimed Bonifacio Global City as part of his turf.
Where would Cayetano be under a Binay Presidency? Nowhere. So he engineered Binay's takedown by teaming up with two other senators who also had an axe to grind against the incumbent VP. Pimentel used to be Binay's party mate in PDP Laban (Binay was their national chairman, while Koko's dad was the party founder), until Binay decided to form UNA and took Migz Zubiri in to join the UNA senatorial ticket. Something that Koko Pimentel took grave offense with since it was Zubiri he blamed for not getting the Senate seat he supposedly allegedly won earlier. Due to threats leveled against him by LP operator Ronald Llamas, Zubiri was later forced to resign from his post allowing Pimentel to take his seat eventually. In 2013, Koko Pimentel decided to bolt UNA (despite being earlier appointed as its spokesperson) and joined Noynoy's team, together with Cayetano and Trillanes as guest candidates (Alan and Sonny were both members of Villar's NP).
Trillanes, on the other hand, blamed Binay for reneging on his promise to assist him during the bungled Manila Peninsula Siege. The same reason Trillanes was furiously mad at Enrile, who was politically aligned with Binay.
It was a game of politics from the get-go. And Alan was behind Binay's takedown in alliance with Mar (who was Binay's newfound arch-enemy). Alan was hoping Mar would pick him as his running mate and that could have been their deal all along. But when Grace Poe decided to join the fray and declared that she was running for president, LP panicked and decided to woo her and ditched Alan in the gutter.
Alan already declared his intention to run for VP but no presidential candidate was willing to take him as running mate. So he used FVR (Tabako) to persuade Rodrigo Duterte to run. Despite being extremely reluctant, Rody eventually gave in due to strong public clamor. The rest is history.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the political context behind what actually happened prior to 2016. Now going back to Nieto, it is clear that even before Duterte came into the picture, he was already working for the Cayetano camp as a social media influencer, as evidenced by all these screenshots of his Disqus comments. He was a professional troll, working for the yellows and then later for Alan (no problem because at that time Alan was cozy with Panot and was politically aligned with the LP).
The second screenshot below shows that the group who engineered Binay's takedown, curiously dubbed the "Thursday Club" included Vince Dizon, who used to be Alan's Chief of Staff, who is now the incumbent BCDA chair spearheading the government's Telco deal, together with LP stalwarts Rep. Egay Erice and Ronald Llamas of Akbayan (Hontiveros' partner in crime). As expected, Nieto (being Alan's chief propagandist) was the one who broke the news to the public. He even repeatedly mentioned Vince Dizon in his FB Live Sessions and was in direct contact with him the whole time (Dizon was calling his phone as he was addressing his audience live - see his live video session explaining the broadband deal to his followers).
Contrary to his claims that his articles and exposes are products of investigative research, all of Nieto's material are spoon fed to him by Cayetano himself. This explains the high level access he enjoys in the government, so he is able to talk to high ranking government officials and politicians, secure the necessary documents and paper trails, and go in and out of Malacanang. He even has the private cellphone numbers of senators, congressmen and cabinet secretaries.
The third image below shows Cayetano together with BCDA's Vince Dizon (left, in suit and glasses) and his DFA staff and bagman Andre Natabio (far right), who heads Alan's social media machinery. Natabio (seen in succeeding images) is the one who directly liaises with Nieto - taking charge of giving him documents, exclusive backstage access and of course, remuneration.
