Alam ng lahat na baguhan si Sereno sa Supreme Court dahil kakaappoint lang sa kanya ni PNoy as Associate Justice pero paano naungusan ni Sereno yung mga mas senior sa kanya sa SC gaya ni Carpio?
Dahil tao sya ni PNoy period.
Sereno was the sole dissenting opinion doon sa Hacienda Luisita ruling - a landmark decision which cost Renato Corona his head. Matatandaan na puro pa appointee ni GMA ang nasa SC noon at kampi kay Corona karamihan kaya hindi gaano makabwelo si Panot.
He needed to control the judiciary and there was no other way to ensure that but to appoint Sereno as Chief Justice.
Napakalalim ng pulitika and you'd be stupid if you believe what mainstream media feeds the public and take their stories hook, line and sinker. Maraming nagaganap behind the scenes kung saan blind ang publiko.
