When the fumes begin to rise from the basin lean your head over it until the fumes are comfortably strong. Inhale for approximately 50 to 80 breaths. Generally this alleviates the headache considerably, if not entirely.
Cough

Arthritis

Hiccoughs ( Hiccups)
This is an old traditional method to get rid of hiccup, just a teaspoon of cider vinegar is required, drink it neat. You can drink it with a glass of water before meals to prevent this situation from ever happening.
Hay fever
For this type of problem it is recommended to drink 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar in a day with some water.
Hearing
Surprisingly it is recommended for hearing problems, mostly because it contains high quantities of zinc, manganese, potassium, and magnesium. So for this issue, 3 glasses of water with a tablespoon of honey and apple cider vinegar, take it through the day.
