Just have a look at this site and see the truth and reality about this supposed Immigration Consultant, Collantes, who puts himself forward as a legitimate practitioner in the area.
He was allowed to be a temporary Member when the Organisation was formed, but then his Membership was revoked because he was found not to be qualified for Membership; that was in 2006, four-and-a-half years ago and he still persists with presenting himself as a qualified and supposedly top-class Immigration Consultant.
I suppose this is as legitimate as his putative 'Doctorate'.
