Pass the Banana

Wonderful banana indeed, Sir Ralph, thanks for forwarding!

Great idea too of Dr Sir Pablo Trillana III for transparently passing on KOR's list of Committees, for all of us to know.

He's the first Supreme Commander who's really doing his job, with a system!

Now, this article below (plus Attachment) are two reasons why Lazir claims that Samuela, a lawyer, KGOR and KOR Legal Committee Chairman RY 2010 is IGNORANT of the law (R.A. 646)...

1. As Supreme Pursuivant, it's his job to maintain the KOR membership list. He failed, when he tried to expel MORENO (no such German Knight exist!), who's not a member. How can one remove what is not there? A classic case of mistaken identity, inexcusable for a member of the Court, if he knows his law!

2. Samuela quoted Article VIII of the KOR By-Laws as ground to expel this non-member MORENO, but if he as Supreme Council member is credible, he first MUST apply the same Article VIII of the KOR By-Laws upon himself, his buddies Quiambao and Esguerra, before looking for a non-existent member MORENO to punish. Otherwise, KGOR Samuel Samuela is practicing a DOUBLE STANDARD, covering up for his friends. To point at others' mistakes, one must first be beyond suspicion like Julius Caesar's wife!

3. Quiambao promoted FAKE Paras to KGOR in Orlando Florida; hid from KOR existence of Mushake's approx. Euro 5,000 Donation; Esguerra personally exalted undeserving Alcoba, Nollas, Guansing to KGOR in Paris July 2007; Lied about his stand on 'foul language";

In short, both brought so much SHAME to the KOR, yet Samuela singled out MORENO and Sir Jun Zerrudo only for persecution!

Samuel S. Samuela's silence is deafening, precisely because he couldn't rebut Lazir's VALID and detailed accusations? For a lawyer to be called IGNORANT OF THE R.A. 646 LAW by non-lawyer Lazir shows that Samuela erred and Lazir is correct! Silence means YES? Samuela's silence means yes! (Lazir's writings should be a CHALLENGE to a good Lawyer, not intended as an insult...)

When Samuela wrote his expulsion order on MORENO, the ponente (author of decision) and Esguerra exercised "Supreme Arrogance" (see attached, written by Atty Rodel Rodis, USA), not only as Supreme Pursuivant, but also as member of the KOR Supreme Council. Samuela is one lawyer who couldn't show RESTRAINT, wanted to show he's above the KOR Law, RA 646, by his actions, un-Rizalian indeed!

For MORENO's non-appearance in Esguerra's/Samuela's SHOW CAUSE Order at IHQ 2009, non-member MORENO got expelled, most probably for CONTEMPT, while Plagiarist Paras was retained by Esguerra as Europe Regional Commander, 2006-2007!

To quote Esguerra's infamous word once more, "NAKAKAHIYA!"

Lazir shouldn't STOP exposing "Emperors with no Clothes" like Quiambao, Esguerra and Samuel S. Samuela, the latter a lawyer who is now PROVEN to be Ignorant of the Law.

for country and people!

GLIMPSES
By Jose Ma. Montelibano

The state of the Philippines is not only about politics or economics. More importantly, it is about morals and ethics. Corruption, indeed, is the ugly fruit of morals and ethics gone awry. Corruption is mostly seen as monetary in expression as it is absolutely for personal gain by its perpetrator. The deeper calamity, though, is the one that lurks inside and drives a good person to see wrong as acceptable, and even apply that wrong on others.

The recent ruling by the Supreme Court absolving one of their own in a case accusing him of plagiarism by saying the lack of malice does not constitute wrongdoing is more than just setting a dubious legal precedence. The Supreme Court, by its very name, demands more of those who comprise it; in fact, it demands the most. It is not only the people’s court of last resort, it is the court of the highest option. In the Supreme Court, it is not ordinary justice that is sought, it is justice of the finest kind.

By now, it is becoming clearer why the process of selecting and appointing justices in the Supreme Court, including, of course, the choice of the Chief Justice, has to be a most careful and honorable one. Only prudence and nobility [...]
