Canada region and its dirty politics

Please note I mean to say :

Practically everyone, our brothers from Europe to members representing the Philippines and USA. He knew his audience and delivered flawlessly NOT using jargon lawyers do .....yet he is a lawyer too. He is just articulate both writing and speaking and knew the intelligence of his audience aware that he was
not in a courtroom.

Sorry for having omitted the word "NOT"

Thank you for your attention and patience.

Dear brothers in Rizal,

This is the beauty of having access to KOR-WORLD forum. It attracts you to make comments relevant to the subject...CANADA REGION AND ITS DIRTY POLITICS .

Of all the "probables that "Sir Alex Trinidad mentioned, I am particularly interested to one person, Sir Willie Cantos of Mississauga chapter. He is an "old" fixture since the chapter was organized in the early 1990s. He got his KCR rank when he was the chapter commander many decades ago not just years.

In Canada botanical gardens there are flowering plants called "PERENNIALS". In the Canada Region, Sir Willie is the "perenial KCR" whom Ka Milinig and his former inner circle were happy to see. I think based on single handed performance by a member in Canada, WILLIE CANTOS has no one to make comparison with. Much more so if you compare to some of those recently awarded KGOR!!!!!!! And for WHAT qualifying reason? ..... is mysterious as mystery itself.

Sir Manny Bade who has a good observation of events has written about his achievements. The last time I was with Sir willie was the 2006 KOR 15th International Assembly in Jersey City. He was the one who wrote and presented our group discussion. Presentation-wise it was astonishing and astounding delivery that after his presentation he was mobbed to shake his hand.

Practically everyone, our brothers from Europe to members representing the Philippines and USA. He knew his audience and delivered flawlessly using jargon lawyers do .....yet he is a lawyer too. He is just articulate both writing and speaking and knew the intelligence of his audience aware that he was not in a courtroom.

It's a sad fact and lamentable to note that NO ONE did I see from the 2006 CANADA REGION DELEGATION dare to show appreciation shaking his hand!. He left the Convention early morning the following day. In disgust? What else will I interpret? Anyone who was in Jersey City 2006 KOR Convention Hall can refute my allegation. I expectd to be corrected if I am wrong about this KOR PERENNIAL KCR of Mississauga Chapter.

Have a nice day!

It all boils down to the person accepting (requesting) the position himself. A lot happens informally over time - most often the party himself do not want the responsibility.

Sir Ralphy,

There are Knights far more Rizalist and qualified to be Canada Region commander than the three recommended to IHQ. I can name at least three. Sir Joe Luzadas, Sir Cip Rey Hipolito, Sir Hermie Hernandez, Sir Romy Magsino, all KGOR's, and Sir Willie Cantos, KCR. I am just wondering why their names were not included in the recommendations to Manila. They all have done more to KOR CANADA I assure you.
