Your arguments might be correct, but if there is SMOKE, there could be FIRE! Lazir is no fiction writer. Or can you pleaseDISPROVE Lazir's claims that even lawyers Quiambao/Samuela couldn't rebut? You claim IHQ is right with the Moreno expulsion. What is right there, when the same KOR Manual is basis but no investigation for questionable, abusive and invalid Quiambao/Esguerra KGOR promotions!
To date, not one of those KGORs Lazir questioned were PROVEN to be DESERVING, based upon the Rizalian Code of Ethics, the KOR Manual or even a thin slice of Rizalism! Are we demagogues, zombies?
Dr Jose Rizal questioned abuse WHERE, WHEN he could. Nothing wrong with that, or? True to his hero's example, Lazir began to ask for PROOF of QUESTIONABLE KGOR promotions, even fearlessly/consistently providing dates, names, events, important details. You claim to be a "Sir Knight". Do you have Rizalian ethics/guts in you to also ask valid questions, like 'What Collantes' THESIS was that gave him the right to carry the title"Doctor" before his name?' Lazir has met Canada's KGCR, Sir Ka Miling Silverio twice and finds him to be perfectly in order, despite having been left behind by cyberspace. When Lazir was shown the album for his and his loving wife's (Diamond?) Jubilee, Lazir wondered and asked how come Collantes, the nephew, was not in any of the pictures? Sir Ka Miling, in his disciplined but proud (Headmaster/School Principal) stand, responded curtly: "He was not invited." Date was September 2008.
IFKOR organized its Rizalian Symposium, September 2008, a far cry from the August-September 2008 KOR "Fun, Fun, Fun!". Why didn't you check it out? Why were you not around and discussed or listened to propagation of Rizalian ideas? Are Quiambao, Esguerra, Samuela Rizalian enough to provide even a simple ANSWER to Lazir's valid question, like 'How come Palomar or Alcoba & Paras got KGOR, when even their contemporaries in Germany or Belgium who know them well simply give an "open jaw" stare, unbelieving at what they hear?'
Why is there a KOR Manual that Samuela used to expel critical-questioning Knights, but not VIOLATORS like Quiambao, Esguerra who did even WORSE (violated the KOR Manual PLUS the KOR Law, RA 646)?
Lazir can easily reply to you para-by-para, point by point, . . But FIRST, allow Lazir to make a SHORT and DIRECT response with his valid questions upon you before the letter gets too long.
Background:
Lazir's purpose is ANTI-CORRUPTION! Being the only Filipino from about 45 members of a German Chapter (before 1/3 RESIGNED, following KGCR Sir Hans Schoof's resignation IN DISGUST upon Quiambao's pushing Paras as European Regional Cdr RY 2006-2008 with nothing in his head about Rizalism), Lazir began to WONDER and ask questions WHY?!
If KOR is a Rizalian organization, WHY MUST a KGCR quit IN DISGUST??? Is Sir Hans Schoof out of his mind?
Lazir isn't saying you're "manhid", but is title, rank, position, sash all there is in Rizalism? Being in Canada, come on and tell us please, or find out if you have the guts to ask, what is the BASIS for Collantes' being a "Doctor", or KGOR? Is this question not valid?
No, Lazir is not expecting nor asking for anyone's support, not even from his Chapter! His calls, mails, letters, writings are to EXPOSE/ASK QUESTIONS on Quiambao's/Esguerra's abuse and corruption in the KOR! Lazir can work alone, ready to take risks for himself, for his Rizalian ideals, for Rizalism. Don't you notice he's persistent? Don't you see he's not losing steam?
Why did IHQ withhold the 2007 Supreme Council EXPULSION decision on Paras, whispered by Sir Pedro Rosito in Lazir's right ear 10 Jan 2008, in Cebu? Why is Supreme Cdr Esguerra withholding the same also, if NOTHING to hide? Did Sir Pedro Rosito tell Lazir a lie? Is he not an honorable man?
Filipinos and some foreigners know the RISKS of EXPOSING corruption in Pinasland! No one can expect a foreigner to join Lazir's lonely fight, not even Filipinos, moreso if they are AFRAID. Even you look for "technical" excuses ("Court of law", "do your own thing", "can of worms", etc. etc.), rather than analyze the W-H-Ys, the H-O-Ws.! Remember Maguindanao and the Ampatuans, 23 Nov 09! Do you believe Maguindanao would have the 23 Nov 2009 TRAGEDY if the Ampatuan abuse were EXPOSED earlier?
Lazir felt ASHAMED to have seen how corrupt Quiambao is, a lawyer violating KOR Manual & RA 646 that you, a Filipino, even ignore! Where is your PRIDE as a "Sir Knight", a "Rizalist", parroting well-rehearsed IHQ lines? Or don't you see the TWISTED LOGIC where Samuela used a KOR Manual to expel Moreno, yet he can't find the portion of the KOR Manual that POINTS to Quiambao's/Esguerra's WILLFUL/BLATANT violation, exalting an IGNORAMUS on Rizalism to KGOR! Can you find it or do you rather look elsewhere, taking the COURSE OF LESS RESISTANCE?
In the Canadian setting, and based upon the personality/character of "Dr"Collantes, was his KGOR promotion in order or questionable? Sir Manny Bade's writing on the MISSING Euro 5,000 alerted Lazir to said subject, prodding Lazir to personally talk to Mushake, who confirmed his donation of approx. Euro 5,000 (NOT Euro 500 4x per IHQ). Do you wish to use a "technicalily", or verify the TRUTH to this MISSING APPROX P350,000?
Quiambao promoted Paras for nothing Rizalian per KOR Manual (Florida, April 2001). Supreme Cdr Esguerra PERSONALLY promoted Guansing, Alcoba, Nollas (Paris, July 2007); Plueckebaum (Manila, February 2009, shortly after this German DENOUNCED Lazir using his CROOKED definition of Ethics!) & Palomar to KGOR (Prague, Sep 2009).
Could you pls show Lazir any proof they DESERVED KGOR? Why hide records if ACT is EXEMPLARY, for many Knights to EMULATE?
To not confuse the issue/s, and if you are righteous and serious as a "Sir Knight" of Dr Jose Rizal, read again please about RA 646, Sec 4 (good moral character), 7 (missing Euro 5,000 donation), 8 (KOR misrepresentation), and please ANSWER at least ONE of the QUESTION Lazir asked, or please FOREVER be silent, if you REFUSE to answer.
In your opinion, did Quiambao/Esguerra/Samuela violate RA 646, Code of Rizalian Ethics, KOR Manual, those pertinent Sec 4, 7 &8?

The 300 Spartans could have fought longer, holding the Persian invasion up and providing NEEDED TIME for Greece to put up a bigger army. But then a Greek shepherd traitorously tipped the Persians on an unknown, little goat way to go to the rear and encircle the brave Spartans!

Welcome back! I thought you went for a holiday.
Initially, when I first read your email mentioning the word of staying civilized, I thought it was a good sign that you mellowed and perhaps started a new approach. But it was hard to believe that you're back with the same blueprint or routine on how you present your allegations. And sorry to say, my reading frustration was compounded by your confusing sentence structures with various degree of relevancy. Using such over-used phrase as "if there is a smoke there could be fire" sitting in between two different and unrelated sentences allowing to disrupt sentence fluency gave me some difficulty in absorbing your thoughts. You have not even demonstrated to prove that there was in fact an indication of a "smoking gun" or the much needed substantiation on each of your accusation.
As I have mentioned to you before, why don't you look at some ways to make your case more believable and convincing. Ask yourself exactly what you want to accomplish, what was needed to assemble a more factual evidence, look for alternative medium, develop credible presentation and then identify your real target audience to meet your final objectives and goals.
It appeared to me that what you have been doing was simply spreading undocumented rumors and accusations, and hopefully over time gain support from your readers. Or, perhaps to let anyone to pass along additional information with genuine evidence to back-up your claims. But then what is your next step? You are actually caught-up at "information gathering stage" for years perhaps in order to fill the gaps and help reinforce your contention. These setting and circumstances really indicate that you are not prepared to face the court and realities having to offer a worthless and lousy presentation of evidence.
I want to repeat once more that I have no intention of providing comments pertaining to European Affairs based on jurisdictional protocol nor entertain any allegations from a non-member of the Order. You have chosen your own destiny, developed your own strategy and preferred to fight alone. The burden of proof is yours.
