Thanks to all for bearing with me! Below is my reply.
A coward will never speak bluntly on corruption, nor expose a corrupt practice, describing it the way it should be: CORRUPT!
My charges: Quiambao exalted Paras from KR, KOR, KCR to KGOR in quick succession/with extra-ordinary speed for nothing Rizalian.
Proof:
1. There is nothing Rizalian for Paras to claim he wrote "Born to be a Hero", then deny the act after it was exposed to be identical to the work: (used for comparison) "Jose Rizal, Filipino Doctor and Patriot", by José Baron-Fernandez, published by Manuel L. Morato, edited by Teodoro M. Locsin, translated by Dr. Lilia Hidalgo Laurel. Second edition, printed August 19, 1992. COPYRIGHT, May 23, 1980 by Manuel L. Morato. (To read more, search in GOOGLE and type "born to be a hero by felino paras"). If the same book was the basis for Paras' exaltation, now that he denies writing it, there's no more basis to making him KGOR!
2. There is nothing Rizalian for Paras to denounce an illegal countryman to the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for whatever reasons, valid or not.
3. There is nothing Rizalian for Paras to have the son/s of Quiambao stay in the Paras household in Brussels while son/s were in Belgium. This is purely personal and private. Hence, there is nothing Rizalian for Quiambao to use this and exalt Paras to KGOR. (Why was Sir Dr Fritz Hack, who almost single-handidly organized/coordinated the renovation of the Rizal Park in Wilhelmsfeld for about Euro 30,000 not exalted to KGOR like Paras although he did something Rizalian?)
4. There is nothing Rizalian for Paras to indicate on his letterhead "President" of the Belgian Filipino community when his function was head of the sports committee of some Philippine associations in Belgium.
5. There is nothing Rizalian for Paras to claim he donated 2 Million Pesos to the needy in the Philippines when the amount was from fund-raising activities of the KOR chapter headed by Sir Francois Ooms and the money was a collective effort of said KOR chapter, its officers, members and their spouses.
6. There is nothing Rizalian for Paras to claim in his IHQ reports saying he went to Leitmeritz upon orders by the IHQ as Sir Lucien said that he himself organized the trip, coordinated with Leitmeritz officials and Paras was merely his (Sir Lucien's) passenger tagging along.
7. There is nothing Rizalian for Paras to ask feloow Knights to sign a BLANK sheet of paper purportedly to be used for writing a letter to IHQ, after the 24 Mar 07 meeting in Brussels.
8. There is nothing Rizalian for Paras to claim he translated "Mi Ultimo Adios" to Tagalog when in fact, save for some changes, it was the work of Andres Bonifacio.
One can be educated but not honourable! Quiambao has been at IHQ for as long as I can remember. What's honourable with insults thrown at other Knights (by men identified with him and Paras) for questioning wrongdoing? What's honourable to changing Sir Lucien's appointment as European Regional Commander, taking it back 2 weeks later, to push Paras in his place? Quiambao is a lawyer but instead of becoming part of the solution, he is part of the problem, if not the problem itself! I did not insult him. I just called "a spade, a spade" and by his dishonourable acts, he exposed himself, which to me is comparable to the "Emperor with no Clothes!" Quiambao dishonoured the KOR since about 5 yrs ago when he squabbled with another Knight for the post of Supreme Commander! I'm only writing my observations starting last year 2006! I was shamed by that squabble years ago but I remained quiet, hoping it would CHANGE for the BETTER! Have I been disrespectful to Sir Hilario? Yet, he is part of the Supreme Council.
One can be a high official yet be unloved and disrespected! Isn't GMA the President of the Republic? What kind of love and respect is that with the millions of Filipinos going hungry everyday! with nothing on the table to eat? Do these hungry Filipinos love and respect GMA?
Exaltations are supposed to be documented. IHQ must have the documents showing Paras deserve such exaltations.
Respect begets respect, right! But was it respect when Quiambao shamed the KOR and its members since year 2000? Everyone was quiet and said nothing. I was quiet too. Now he expects me to respect him? Who started the problem? Clearly, he did.
My challenge to Quiambao, if he wants respect:
In 15 days, present the documents that show Paras deserves to be exalted from KR, KOR, KCR, KGOR in quick succession! Also, present proof that Paras is the better European Regional Commander than the previously-named Sir Lucien Spittael.
If you can't show proof and 25 Apr 2007 lapses, you should RESIGN, because you shamed the KOR, its members and the country.
